Gulrukh Khan is a fully qualified and practicing Holistic Specialist, dealing with Mind, Body and Spirit for 20 years.
Gulrukh Khan is a multi awarded international film maker, writer, holistic specialist, gender and animal rights activist, public speaker and high level conference organiser.
She has directed, produced and scripted a diverse range of short films, education videos and documentaries over 25 years. She has won awards in Cannes and New York for her films. Her ‘Mantra for the New Millennium’ documentary was shown at the UN Peace Summit in the presence of Kofi Anan and was the signature film at the Festival of Light in London in the presence of Ex Prime Minister Tony Blair and 2000 business leaders.
Her other awards include Lifetime Achievement in Film, Best Documentary Feature (NY), Best Spiritual Film (Cannes), Ambassador for Peace, Iconic Women Leaders Creating a Better World, Women Super Achiever Award, Exceptional Female Award, Wintrade Sponsor Award, Stardust Award, Mayor’s Award and Women Awarding Women Award.
She has been a regular speaker at the House of Lords, Women Economic Forums and has spoken at the World Forum, amongst other World class global events. She is co founder of Inclusion Convention CIC which is an interdisciplinary Think Tank.
She is ex Chair of ALL Ladies League UK and London and launched the London arm in 2016. She has been a Judge for several award ceremonies and also a Senior Judge for the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay competition and had attended a reception for the awardees at Buckingham Palace.
She sits on the board of the Bosnian Pyramid Foundation and is in mid project for a documentary about them.
Gulrukh is also a fully qualified and practicing Holistic Specialist with 20+ years of experience. Descended from a lineage of Complementary Medical Practitioners: Her Paternal Grandfather Sir Maqsood Jung, was the Unani Practitioner to The Nizam of Hyderabad (at one time the World’s richest man), and the President of India. *(Unani, or Yunani, is a traditional Graeco-Asian medical treatment practiced widely in South-East Asia, and based on the teachings of Greek Physician Hippocrates, and Roman Physician Galen).
